Refund policy
House of Bounce/Balloons No return policy:
Customers are not allowed to return or exchange products once they have been purchased, constructed, or installed. if a change order is requested the customer is responsible for the cost of the arrangement or item they wish to recieve.
Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, custom balloon garlands, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), we also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (helium) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Inclement Weather (Event/Services Reschedule)
At House of Bounce your safety is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather (including heavy rain, high winds, lightning, or other unsafe conditions), we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that weather can be unpredictable, so you will have 30 days from the original event date to reschedule your booking with us at no additional cost.
Please contact us as soon as possible to coordinate your new date. We'll do our best to accommodate your rescheduled event based on availability.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or denied. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.
